In practice, this means that the fishing permits are easy to obtain, the area covered by a permit is clearly defined, and the fish species occurring in the area are known. A laminated depth chart is available for the area covered by a permit.
The cottages hire out basic fishing tackle. The boat provided is suitable for fishing purposes. In many cases an outboard motor can also be hired.
For dealing with the catch there are appropriate gutting places and equipment. Each cottage keeps a record of the fish caught and their locations.
